Professional Responder and First Aid & CPR Training

​At Responder First Aid, we specialize in Professional Responder Courses, offering Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder and First Responder training, limited to small groups to maximize scenario and hands-on training time.

​We also offer Red Cross First Aid and CPR training. All of our courses are run with a maximum 6:1 Student to Instructor ratio in Burlington, Ontario.

Emergency Medical Responder

The Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder course follows the National Occupational Competency Profiles (NOCP) as defined by the Paramedic Association of Canada. Course content may vary depending on jurisdictional requirements. Participants will be engaged in dynamic training techniques including video, media presentations, skills demonstrations, practice sessions, discussions and scenarios based on real-life.

First Responder

Comprehensive first aid and CPR skills for professional first responders or those training to become first responders. Course teaches the patient assessment model, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemorrhage control, and care for a variety of acute and chronic conditions. Participants will be engaged in dynamic training techniques including video, media presentations, skills demonstrations, practice sessions, discussions and scenarios based on real-life situations.

First Aid and CPR

Learn essential first aid and CPR skills with our wide range of courses to meet every need. Courses are delivered in easy-to-follow steps, using practical hands-on components and a variety of training materials.
